Home lift type new Screw and nut System

Most lifts for home use OA type / machine room less, which usually houses do not provide the engine room. As a second alternative is a hydraulic elevator, which does not require a large pit, but still require the engine room below.

Actually a sort of elevator lift home if they meet some criteria as follows:

- Size hoistway less than approximately 1.5 m x 1.5 m

- No need for engine room

- Requires a small electric power

Actually there is a system of more than two options above, the screw / nut system, which uses a system such as bolts with ulirnya.

Small children can use it (Not Reccomended)

The advantages are:

- The room is smaller (because not using the counterweight)

- If the power fails, do not fall

- Electrical power is small.

- Does not require the engine room / pit.

Indeed I still do not see whether there was installed in home, but it may be considered as an alternative to the existing home elevator.
